Polyurethane spray foam insulation in Riyadh
Foam is sprayed as a liquid, expands and cures in seconds into one continuous, seamless layer that insulates against heat and stops water. We install the complete system, not foam alone.
- Free site inspection
- Warranty up to 15 years
- Photo-documented work

What you should know about polyurethane spray foam
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is one of the strongest thermal insulators available: thermal conductivity of 0.021–0.024 W/m·K and more than 90% closed cells. That makes it the first choice for metal roofs, hangars, warehouses and large roofs exposed to the sun all day.
Foam alone degrades under UV within one to two years if left exposed. We therefore install it as a seven-stage system ending with two coats of reflective acrylic with geotextile between them, doubling its life and protecting it from cracking.
Where it fits
Corrugated and flat metal roofs
Covers ribs, fastener heads and joints without weak points.
Warehouses, hangars and factories
Fast coverage of large areas with minimal downtime.
Exposed residential roofs
Noticeably cooler top floors plus waterproofing.
Irregular roofs
Forms around corners, pipes and plinths automatically.
How we install it, step by step
- 1
Preparation & cleaning
Remove dust, grease, rust and weak old layers; check joints and fixings.
- 2
Sensitive points
Seal sheet joints, treat fastener heads and reinforce corners.
- 3
Foam concrete screed
A light levelling layer fills gaps and creates a uniform base.
- 4
Main foam layer
Sprayed to the specified thickness with GRACO Reactor 2 equipment.
- 5
Acrylic, first coat
Reflective white or light-grey acrylic 24 hours after spraying.
- 6
Geotextile + second coat
Geotextile embedded between acrylic coats, 3–4× more durable surface.
- 7
Inspection & handover
Adhesion and thickness checks, before/after photos and warranty certificate.
Technical specifications
Typical values from approved manufacturers' data sheets, final systems and thicknesses are confirmed after the site survey.

What determines the price?
We price after inspection because these factors vary by site, our quotation lists each item explicitly.
- Total area, larger areas lower the rate per m².
- Required foam thickness and density.
- Roof type and condition (rust, old layers, joints).
- Foam concrete for slope correction.
- Protection type (acrylic, aluminium, geotextile).

Is foam alone enough for waterproofing?
Foam is water-resistant but needs acrylic UV protection. Without it, it degrades within one to two years, so we always install the full system.
Can foam be sprayed over old insulation?
If the old layer is sound and clean, yes; if it is detached or cracked we remove it first.
How much does foam reduce heat?
It significantly reduces heat transfer, typically a 25–40% reduction in cooling consumption depending on the building and thickness.
Can people walk on a foam roof?
Light maintenance traffic is fine, and geotextile adds durability. For regular foot traffic we recommend protected walkways.
